CA. Piyush Tekriwal, B.Com.(Hons.), MBA(Finance), ACA, ACMA, CS(Pro.) is having professional experience of several years.

He graduated from University of Calcutta in 2017 and was placed in First Division. The College awarded him with a medal for his exceptional performance in Accounting & Finance Group. Thereafter he completed his post-graduation in Business Administration with specialization in Finance.

He is an Associate Member of both the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and the Institute of Cost Accountants of India. He has also qualified the Professional Programme conducted by the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. Being an alumnus of Birla Public School, Pilani Rajasthan, he kept himself keenly associated with several sporting events since his schooling days.

An avid reader and a diligent follower of the regulatory requirements of the country and the guidelines of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He is Regular in attending Seminars conducted by the prestigious bodies like the Association of Corporate Advisers & Executives, Direct Tax Professional’s Association, Accountants’ Library, Calcutta Management Association, ICAI-EIRC Study Circles, etc.

A Tech-savvy Chartered Accountant having a diverse background with exposure in Accounts, Audit, Budgeting, MIS, Valuation, Secretarial work, Taxation, T.D.S, Payroll, Loan Syndication & Wealth Management, he had the blessed opportunity to work under a senior well renowned Chartered Accountant in Industry, Sri Vinod Kumar Singhi (Founder Partner – M/s. V. Singhi & Associates, Chartered Accountants) at Kolkata during his articleship training days. He is a dynamic and out of box thinker. His strength lies in depth analysis, exposure towards a variety of sectors. A meritorious student throughout, his talent has been recognized at various levels by awards, certificates and leadership responsibilities. He also secured an All India Rank in professional examinations.

Adv. Bhawna Tekriwal, B.Com. LL.B.(H) is a practicing Advocate of Calcutta High Court.

She graduated from Amity University, Kolkata in 2022 and stood Second in Academics across her Department. She was awarded a Silver Medal for excellent Performance by the University.

She holds a Diploma in Cyber Law from Asian School of Cyber Laws conducted in association with Government Law College, Mumbai, and has Certificates in Merger & Acquisition as well as Intellectual Property Rights. Presently, she is perusing her LL.M. (Master of Laws) in Corporate & Financial Law from a very reputed Institute in India alongside her thriving legal practice of litigation and solicitation work.

She holds membership of Bar Council of West Bengal and Bar Association at Calcutta High Court, and handle both Civil and Business Law related matters of our Firm.
